Made-to-Order — What This Means for You

Every piece on this site is handcrafted to order to your personal specification — we do not hold finished inventory. Where an item is shown as "In Stock", this means the design is available for commission and workshop capacity is open; it does not mean a finished piece sits on a shelf. Upon order confirmation, your piece enters production with the lead time stated on the product page. Because each piece is made to your specification, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun, although the 24-month statutory warranty for defects still applies.
